Shipping policy

This policy covers books and merchandise from Bilal Books. Summit Rehab sessions are services and are not shipped.

Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after we have confirmed your payment. For orders paid by PayNow, processing starts once we have confirmed the transfer.

Delivery All Bilal Books orders are shipped with SingPost.

Singapore: estimated delivery is 2-5 business days from dispatch.

International: we ship to destinations served by SingPost. Delivery times vary by destination and service. Customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your destination, following SingPost's rates. International postage can be a large share of an order's value, so please check the shipping fee at checkout before you pay.

Tracking Where the SingPost service includes tracking, we will email you the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delays We aim to meet the estimates above, but delays can happen because of courier volume, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
